"جارمكو" تتعاون مع "لوموفاي" لتطوير مهارات الكوادر البشرية

أبرمت شركة الخليج لدرفلة الألمنيوم "جارمكو" اتفاقية تعاون مع شركة "لوموفاي"؛ الشركة الرائدة في تقديم حلول متقدمة لإدارة المواهب وتطوير المهارات باستخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي؛ وذلك بهدف الاستفادة من منصة "لوموفاي" في الارتقاء بكوادر الشركة وتعزيز مهاراتها من خلال برامج تدريبية مبتكرة، ومنح موظفيها من مختلف الأقسام الموارد التطويرية اللازمة لتمكينهم من تحسين أدائهم الوظيفي.

وفي ضوء هذه الشراكة، ستقدم "لوموفاي" مجموعة من الخدمات المتخصصة لـ "جارمكو"، بما في ذلك توفير محتوى رقمي مبتكر يعتمد على تقنيات التعلم التفاعلي جنباً إلى جنب مع اختبارات متقدمة لقياس الكفاءات، بما يرفع مستوى الأداء للموظفين ويعزز مواكبتهم للتغيرات التي تتطلبها مواقع عملهم المختلفة.
