Hanouf AlKehaidan

Ms. Hanouf AlKehaidan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (majoring in Organization and Indiviuals) from Kuwait University – College of Business Administration, Economics and Political Science, earned between 1992 and 1997.

She brings extensive professional experience in investment, management, and corporate governance across both the public and private sectors. She served as a Board Member of Livestock Transport & Trading Company from 2016 to 2024, during which she chaired the Audit Committee from 2021 to 2024 and previously chaired the Risk Committee, in addition to being a member of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration and Compensation Committee.

She also served as a Board Member of the Public Utilities Management Company from 2010 to 2015, where she chaired the Audit Committee from 2013 to 2015.

At the Kuwait Investment Authority, she holds the acting role of Director of the Direct Real Estate and Infrastructure Department and served as a Senior Investment Manager from 2007 to 2018. Prior to that, she worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at the Debt Settlement and Management Office from 2003 to 2007. She began her career as a Financial Analyst at the Public Authority for Compensation Assessment – Disbursement Department from 1998 to 2003.
