Other tempers are to be agreed with customer. These may be in terms of tensile property limits or on intermediate anneal point.

 Thickness:

0.35 - 3.00 mm (Thickness outside these limits are subject to inquiry).

Width:

800 - 1560 mm (Wider and narrower widths are subject to inquiry).

Coil Density:

In kg per mm of width, 2.1 / 2.5 / 4.2 / 5.0 nominal. Coil weights outside of these limits are subject to inquiry.

Arbors:

300, 400, 508, 600 mm

Annealing:

340ºC ± 5ºC, until all parts have reached the annealing temperature. Different temperatures and long soak times are often necessary to volatilize the foil rolling coolant present on the foil surface.

Weight Calculation:

Weight per square metre in kilogrammes: 2.705 x thickness in mm.
